How long does shipping typically take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built components and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

Yes, all Sandy Vans branded hardware and accessories come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
